I am Jane Hunter Hicks and I have lived in the Middle Tennessee area for my entire life.  My family moved here in 1975 to Murfreesboro.  I graduated high school from Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, TN and in 1987, graduated from Stephens College in Columbia Missouri with a B.A. in Business. 

I got my real estate license in 1996 and I joined Bob Parks Realty in its grand opening of the Brentwood Office and specialized in new construction, focusing primarily on the launch of Princeton Hills subdivision.  Shortly thereafter, I went to work at Park Trust Development which is a subsidiary of Bob Parks Realty.  I became certified in Land Development and I was the listing agent as well as the project manager for Princeton Hills subdivision in Brentwood. In 2001 I left the development company after I finished out the selling of all the lots in Princeton Hills and continued with Bob Parks in residential sales.  As the market continued to rise, I thought I would take advantage of it and stayed very active in buying & flipping houses as well as continuing to service my clients.  

My father was a builder and developer for many years in Murfreesboro as Bill Hunter Construction, being nominated one of two Southern Living Builders in Middle Tennessee.  It was his business that spurred my interest in Real Estate and building years ago.

In 2008 I left Bob Parks to join Crye-Leike Realtors and was named in the top 25 agents in Middle Tennessee for Crye-Leike Realtors in 2010. In October of 2011 I returned to Bob Parks Realty.
